WARRANTY, LEGAL DISCLOSURES & PRIVACY POLICY
Our products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and manufacture. We inspect each item by hand and eye at each step of the manufacturing process and any item found to be sub-standard is discarded.
But, we are human and errors do happen once in a great while... so if any item is found to be defective in either materials or manufacture it can be returned for free replacement.
Of course you realize that nothing lasts forever, not even natural leather, so this warranty must exclude normal wear and tear. Also - natural leather may have scars or blemishes that look bad but do not affect the durability or usefulness of the product.
When you first receive your products your Laptop may fit very tightly, this is normal, your Laptop will go through a break-in period just like a pair of shoes will.
